The owners of MPS Printing Services have served the business community in Salem, Clackamas, Oregon City, Florence and Keizer since 1978. Formerly Toad’L Printing & Copying, this print shop was brought under the nonprofit corporation for diabetes support and renamed MPS (My Pal Sticky) Printing Services. My Pal Sticky and Diabetes Support Services have been providing free support group meetings to the Type one and Type two diabetics of all ages and their families in our area since October of 2007. Over 2500 people have attended their meetings and health fairs. With over 50% of newly diagnosed diabetics receiving no education whatsoever on how to cope with this disease, Diabetes Support Services fills a very much needed vacuum. The most recent studies report that one out of every three babies born in the year 2000 will become diabetic in their lifetime if conditions don’t change.

Having personally lived with Type one diabetes for over 48 years, the owners continue providing not only their experiences and empathy for living with this disease, but also offer their printing expertise to benefit businesses and help other non-profits such as theirs.
